abb77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if eligibility conditions are found to be unmet, with any outstanding balance handled according to these Terms and in accordance with applicable law. Where underage gambling is suspected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the originating payment method.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one abb77 account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts held under different names, phone numbers or payment methods by the same individual — are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share your password or login credentials with any other person. abb77 will never ask for your password via chat, email or telephone.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify abb77 support immediately.
- abb77 may at any time request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, including government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership, before processing withdrawals or in connection with account verification.
- Account registration is free. abb77 does not charge a fee for opening, maintaining or closing an account.
abb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering or other prohibited conduct is suspected or identified. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation and abb77's findings shall be final.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
abb77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Bank transfers, international cards and third-party payment processors are not supported. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit cap, although abb77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.
- Deposits are credited to your abb77 account balance immediately following confirmation from the originating mobile wallet service. abb77 is not responsible for delays caused by the wallet provider's own processing times.
- Withdrawals must be directed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different wallet or third-party account are not permitted. abb77 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times are typically within a few hours on standard business days. abb77 does not guarantee same-day processing and is not liable for delays arising from mobile wallet network issues or public holidays.
- Players may only withdraw funds that have been genuinely deposited by themselves. Funds that represent unrealised bonus winnings not meeting applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
abb77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. All transactions are monitored. abb77 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where suspicious activity is identified and may report such activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
abb77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes acceptance of its associated terms.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be combined unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
- abb77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been accepted, any wagering completed under that bonus will be voided.
- abb77 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, matched betting or systematic exploitation of promotions — is suspected or confirmed.
- Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements and game restrictions stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Winnings from free spins cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abb77 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account, or using the account of another person, whether with or without their knowledge.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to interact with the platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to exploit errors, system malfunctions or pricing mistakes on the platform. Any bets placed during a known error will be voided.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a game or event.
- Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
abb77's determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct is final. Players who wish to dispute a decision related to prohibited conduct may submit a formal complaint to the abb77 support team. abb77 will investigate all complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Responsible Gaming
abb77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player community. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and is committed to preventing problem gambling and underage access.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days to prevent impulsive decisions.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abb77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment, even if abb77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. abb77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
abb77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abb77 reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability to players, provided that any player balance at the time of suspension shall be honoured.
9. Amendments to These Terms
abb77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the abb77 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
